1996
  • The capital of Techno OTE Kako Co., Ltd. was increased by 60 million JPY by Mitsubishi Materials’ capital participation.
1997
  • Techno OTE Kako CO., Ltd. changed its company name to RYOTEC CO., Ltd.
  • Akenobe Seiko Company Ltd. in Hyogo prefecture was acquired by RYOTEC CO., Ltd.
